Baha Mar Art Prize & Residency,presented by The Current

In March of 2018 I was the inaugural recipient of the Baha Mar Art Prize & Residency, presented by The Current. As part of the award, The Current acquired a wall drawing. I traveled to Nassau, The Bahamas and meet with a group of local artists, architects, historians and government officials who recommended Architecture for me to look at and consider to be incorporated into the final work. The work was installed and reflects not only the local architecture but the archipelago as well. Special thanks to the entire community of artists and staff members I had the gift of working with.
